How to be a successful leader

The content of video that I chose was to explain how to be a successful leader which requires certain 

 skills and team management experience to do the tasks and to prove leadership skills and develop it by training and be an active member in the group or team. which it link to success as athlete and it apply the same for business. This course will examine what makes a successful couch, team captain or a leader in business. The strategy has an important role in building successful organization in sport.

My reflection on the videos was very good because it helped me and gave me a well done information of how really can be a successful in leadership and give me confidence in myself by following the instruction toward a successful experience in leading teams, groups or business. The output of the videos was clear and perfectly presented and the people were qualified and the information was very useful and helpful and affected me positively.
